Lilly also says that she wishes everyone would stop talking about Charlie Sheen. She thinks he's just looking for attention and doesn't really deserve it. She thinks that everyone should read Peter Gomes' obituary because he was (and still is) a man worthy of public attention.

Yesterday's Cinnamon Scones were the starting point for this morning's oatmeal breakfast! I made a simple bowl of oatmeal with 1/3 cup oatmeal, 2/3 cup water and 1/3 cup chopped walnuts. I sprinkled a little bit of white sugar in at the end (still haven't gotten to the grocery store to replace my brown sugar!) and then crumbled a scone over the whole thing!
Ahhhh, to die for.
Every scoop had the creaminess of the oatmeal, the crunch of walnuts and the sweetness of the scone. Perfect.
I've got a lot of writing and cleaning to do today, so I'm going to wrap this up. Have a great day!

ReplyDeleteI don't even know what's going on with Sheen lately. All I know is they couldn't give it a rest in this morning's news..which was slightly annoying because I couldn't hear it to find out what was going on (I was at the gym) and then they played the same stuff over and over.
