Wear a Dress Tuesday GIVEAWAY!

This giveaway is now closed - thanks for entering!

I am so excited.

Bruce and I were out and about the other night when I came across this.

I was instantly in love.

"There is nothing like shopping for a new purse and dress and accessories or cute shoes to make a girl smile and brighten her day."

Amen.

It is an art print, meant to be hung on the wall and remind the people who see it every day to feel beautiful.

And to smile!

I bought it.  But I am giving it away.  To you!  Well, one of you.

  1. My favorite "big" splurge is to get ice cream for dinner and eat it while sitting in the pedicure chair!

  4. Time is always the biggest commodity in my life, but I take two hours a week to set aside for Zumba class. It's not a huge financial splurge, but it's time away from family, friends and work, and even though I'm not sure I'm actually moving the way that trainer is (and she looks awesome!) I leave feeling gorgeous, even if I look like I just ran many miles :)

  5. I splurge on new flip flops to make me feel beautiful. A hundred years ago (okay really only 13) I would splurge on heels and a swanky dress, but after 12 1/2 years of marriage and 5 kids, my budget has been adjusted.

I want to add that I LOVE wear a dress Tuesday!! I so rarely remember to take care of me. Like I said we have 5 kids, the youngest has very complex special needs, and a few months ago I realized I was going weeks (disgusting I know) between showers and it really woke me up. Wear a dress Tuesday has helped me regain some self esteem and it has reminded me that I am pretty and how loved I am by Our Father! Thank you for that!

  6. It makes me a little sad that my biggest splurge is really a splurge of time, but still, it's just a matter of taking the time to do my makeup and use a hair dryer instead of letting myself look all sloppy. Trust me, with a 3 year old, that's a splurge.
Husband particularly complimented my dress selection for today, so I'm glad I took the time to make my face and hair match my outfit, haha! :)

  7. I think my biggest "splurge" is to take a weekend with my best friend and go shopping, laughing and just generally being carefree.

  8. My favorite splurge wasn't a splurge at all. I got a dress on sale at ModCloth. When I put that on with some great shoes and lipstick, I feel like a million bucks. My husband likes it too. ;)

  9. My favorite splurge to make me feel beautiful is yoga clothes. I feel so beautiful after yoga no matter what I'm wearing..but it makes it so much better if I'm doing so in clothes I absolutely love, too.

  10. My favorite (free!) splurge is a bubble bath with lots of candles and a glass of wine. If I have the money my favorite is a massage! [It used to be shoes...but now I have so many it would just be ridiculous to splurge on those :)]

  11. Hmmm, at this moment my biggest splurge has been dresses for this coming spring and summer! In general though, it tends to be shoes. I love them, and I get to see them while working!

  13. Hmmm...I think it's gotta be earrings. I haven't bought any new ones in a while but I adore two pairs of hoops I own. I love how they dangle and make me "feel pretty." It's funny how something so simple can do that for a girl!

  14. It's such a cute print! As for the question, honestly I very rarely splurge on myself. But when I do it tend to be on a cute dress or purse, or a new pair of flip flops
