Onions!
It is so nice to see something growing.
Speaking of growing ... do you remember this post? We planted our little seeds with the intentions of incubating them in Connecticut and then transferring them into the ground when we got to Massachusetts.
Well ... they died.
Apparently that happens.
However ...
The lettuce appears to have been resurrected! LETTUCE! How cool is that! We are probably going to still buy some plants, but it'll be fun to see how the seedlings do.
Lunch today was a bowl of three fluffy scrambled eggs tossed with tomatoes and onions, seasoned with sea salt and pepper and topped with sharp cheddar cheese.
I'm in the middle of a massive cleaning project. Wish me luck!
