Exercise Rut

You know what I love?


Having fresh ingredients for a salad in my fridge. :)


You know what I don't love?  The fact that I haven't done a lick of cardio in weeks.

I really need to get back on the horse!  Anyone else in an exercise rut?

  2. Oh my gosh! That salad looks SO good! I really need to jump on the exercising wagon! My problem is that I love eating and hate exercising :-(

  3. I am totally in an exercise hiatus. Week before spring break-literally booked and can't fit in a workout more than one day. Last week-home for spring break-don't have my gym...though I did run outside one day. This week-sick! :( boo

  4. You need to find a workout buddy so it's fun and you have some motivation to go out:) The salad looks delicious...

  5. I ran all through the early winter in very cold temps! The last three weeks I got this flu type bug that is going around and no running boo. I ran today for the first time again and my knees were killing me! I dont usually have knee problems. I am a little nervous because training started for my 10k run and I am two weeks behind now! Sherri

  7. Sarah I run a 10K called Zooma. It is a womens race series. The one I run is in Annapolis, Maryland. I am from Delaware about 2 hours away. Zooma has a run in Atlanta have you heard of it? The race is so well organized and at the end you get a keepsake necklace-fun! Ran 2 miles today and felt much better-Yea! Sherri
