The last of my leftover Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Peanut Butter were on the menu for breakfast this morning.

  1. Holy birthdays! What a fun month! What kind of peanut butter do you use? Mine is not nearly as drippy as that!

  2. My dad's birthday is next week, too! It's nuts. I use Jif, but heat it up for about 30-40 seconds. Then the texture is wonderful - and it's warm, too!

  3. Happy Birthday to your mommy!! :D And I'm drooling over those pancakes. Chocolate chip and peanut butter?! Perfect!

  4. This is probably not the post for this but can you do a post on roasted veggies. You mention them a lot and I have seen a lot of different receipes. I just wanted to see how you do it??

  5. I'd be happy to do a post on roasted veggies! I don't have anything good to roast at the moment in my fridge, but I need to make a trip to the store anyway - so stay tuned for a few days!
