I don't think I've cooked a real meal all summer. It has been entirely too hot to turn on the stove or oven.
But tonight I couldn't stand it anymore. I was tired of Peanut Butter & Jelly! Italian it was.
And it was, in a word, delicious. Yum!

I love spaghetti! I would probably be ok eating it week in and week out. But I'm pretty sure my boyfriend doesn't feel the same way.
