I'm sure y'all spent the day listening/watching/hearing tributes and recollections of 9/11 and are absolutely emotionally spent as a result of it. I don't have much more to add to what has already been said, but I don't feel right posting and ignoring the subject all together. So I thought I'd share this photo ...
This post sits alongside the water in a park in Plymouth, MA. Bruce and I were both in awe of how something so simple could say so much. It was hard to get one good photo of it, so I did took several from all angles and put them together.
Sweet dreams everyone. We made it through a hard day - together.

I think pictures can say things that words can't begin to say, and this certainly does that. Let it be so...
ReplyDeleteYour blog is really good and I thought I'd comment. My name is Sarah Weaver (yes, I know). I'll admit I googled myself and your blog popped up after some searching. I blog as well! Mine is www.sarahdweaver.com. I love my name, but it is super common and this proves it. There's actually another Sarah Weaver at my university. Just crazy. Well I like your site. Congrats on the race; I'm also just jumping on the exercise train. Best of luck to you and happy blogging.
ReplyDeleteSarah, when I saw the notification for this comment, I was so confused! I thought maybe I had replied to a comment and forgot!
ReplyDeleteI'm off to check out your blog ...
