I had a meeting go late into the night last night, so I am determined to focus, be productive and get home at a reasonable hour today!
My arsenal:
+ granola and some honey. A very simple, delicious to-go breakfast!
Also - I brought a real coffee mug to my office so I don't have to drink out of a travel mug every day. I think the coffee tastes better that way. :)
Pleated Poppy's What I Wore Wednesday! It's been HOT here, so I've been getting creative ...
Wednesday: Skirt from Loft in NYC (thanks mom!) and shirt from years ago ... I don't remember where.
Thursday: My last day in the office of the week, so I wore jeans. I love the jeans + jacket combo.
(My office is air conditioned, so I can get away with jeans in the summer!)
On the left: On Sunday night I was making some phone calls from my office and this was what I was wearing. That morning during church, I wore the top, but dress pants + heels. Of course, it didn't matter because I put a robe on - but y'all my robe is hot! I may have to ditch it for the rest of the summer.
On the right: Monday morning. White pants, which I love (even though I spend the day terrified I will spill something!
Yesterday: Wear a Dress Tuesday! <3

ReplyDeleteWe have ditched our robes for the summer...it is officially WAY TOO HOT!
ReplyDeleteNo robes around here! :) Our pastor actually sometimes wears Hawaiian shirts... And dress pants. Nobody seems to care. :) Sometimes he wears a football jersey or something, if it pertains to his sermon... We're kind of just weird like that. ;)
ReplyDeleteOur choir used to wear robes, but not so much anymore. (And they don't sing much anymore except for special occasions once in a while.) Their only real "dress code" is that everyone look nice and possibly try to wear similar colors. :)
