I'm not going to lie, I was really disappointed to have to put together a cold-weather Wear a Dress Tuesday outfit. I'm ready ready ready for spring!
I thought I'd do something different with my hair - I love that it's still long enough that I can pull it into a polished bun. Maybe I was a ballerina in another lifetime? :)
I haven't mentioned this on here, but I'm dealing with a sore back right now. I think I just pulled something over the weekend and it's just sorting itself out, but it's driving me crazy! I have too much going on right now to be alternating between productivity and laying on a heating pad!
I thought that perhaps warming up my muscles would help so I headed out for a walk this afternoon. I felt really tight at first, but eventually did loosen up a little bit. I even broke into a slow jog (roughly a 10:00-10:30/mile pace) at one point. Overall, a nice walk - I was competing some wind, though!
4.16 miles in 1:01:06, averaging a 14:41 pace.

I'm eating an easy dinner of leftovers (chicken noodle casserole + fried chicken) at my parents house while we watch basketball, NCIS and plan out my dad's photo night for tomorrow.

Chiropractors are great for back issues. In high school I hurt my back at soccer practice one evening and I could hardly walk it was so painful. My dad had a friend who was a chiro and he went in to his office that night for me. Told me I had pulled a tendon, fixed it all up, I walked out feeling great and played in the game the next day.
ReplyDeleteAnyways... haha... I guess I just tell you that in case it doesn't get better pronto! Might want to consider a chiro for a quick fix of a pulled muscle.
My back's been bothering me lately, too, and slowly healing. God is good, tho! Chiros are also good...
