Half Marathon Training - 9/9/10

Last night's training run:

I cried, I ran, I felt better.


2.1 miles in 21:52, averaging a 10:23 mile.



And then I engaged in some feline therapy.


The BEST kind.


I'm heading out to clear my head for a little bit.  TGIF!  I pray it's a good one.
