#...Tips for staying cool:<br /><br />#1 - drink lots of water<br />#2 - wear clothing that breathes; the more loose fitting the better<br />#3 - try having your hair thinned out when it's cut. Your hair is thick like mine so having that extra "weight" and thickness off your head will help your head cool faster so your body will cool faster.<br />#4 - heat, like cold, is mostly mental.
